CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

If you cancel after the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for payment for the product that (1) has already been shipped or (2) has already been delivered to you when you call.
You may receive a refund for any Product you have ordered up to thirty (30) days after completion of your order. Customers will receive a refund for the product ordered, and repeat refunds are not allowed unless at the time of delivery the product is defective. TestoUltra Testosterone Enhancer reserves the right to refuse to refund all customers who make repeated requests for refunds or who, in TestoUltra Testosterone Enhancer’s opinion, demand refunds in bad faith.
To process a refund, you must contact our customer service and provide your name and account information. If you provide incorrect information, we will not be able to access your account and will not complete the refund. Refunds can take up to two weeks to appear on your credit card, depending on the bank that issued the credit card.
